I confirm that I satisfy the criteria set out in the class definition in the Collective Proceedings Order made by the Competition Appeal Tribunal on 20 October 2026, and in particular that:
I am a natural person (i.e. an individual), or the personal representative of the estate of such a person who has died;
I purchased one or more new Apple-branded or Beats-branded electronics products sold in the United Kingdom (not used or refurbished products) through the Amazon UK Marketplace, meaning the amazon.co.uk website (personal computer or mobile-optimised version) or the iOS or Android Amazon app with the United Kingdom specified in the app’s settings as the region in which I was shopping;
I made that purchase (or those purchases) during the period from 31 October 2018 to 15 December 2025;
I am not an Excluded Person (within the meaning given under the Rule 81 Notice); and
I was not domiciled (i.e. resident) in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland) on 20 October 2026, being the Domicile Date fixed by the Collective Proceedings Order.
I understand that, by opting in, I will be bound by any judgment of the Tribunal in these proceedings and will not be able to bring my own separate claim against Apple and Amazon in respect of the claims included in this case. I also understand that no money is available now and there is no guarantee that money will become available in the future.
