Only persons who meet the class definition but were not domiciled in the United Kingdom on 20 October 2026 need to opt in (even if they were domiciled in the United Kingdom before that date). If you were domiciled in the United Kingdom on 20 October 2026, you are already included and do not need to opt in.
Who can opt in
Deadline
To be considered, your opt-in request must be received or postmarked by 27 January 2027. If you do not opt in by that date, the only way for you to be eligible to receive a payment is for the Tribunal to give you permission to opt in at a later time, and there is no guarantee that permission will be given.

Acknowledgement
Once your opt-in request is received and processed, you will be sent an acknowledgement by email if you have provided an email address, or by post if not.

Please keep a record of your proof of purchase(s) of Apple and Beats-branded products from Amazon.
